SHIPPING REFUND POLICY
When will my order arrive?
Please allow 1-2 days for processing your order.
We ship to both domestic and international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live down the street from us in Los Angeles, you'll get it faster than if you live in New York.
How do I track my order?
We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually you will receive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order.
You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.
Soundrise is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Soundrise to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.
For example, UK residents might expect a customs charge of at least 20% of the total cost of the purchase. Soundrise is not responsible for this payment. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup and payment is taken care of.
If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
